Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Time
Europe: approximately 1 week after dispatch.
Rest of the world: approximately 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
During peak periods (sales, new drops) processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items have an estimated production and delivery window of 6–7 weeks from the order date. You'll receive email updates throughout, including a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate. Buchan is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
