Worldwide Shipping

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant tracking information. Standard orders typically arrive within 6 to 16 days, depending on your destination. Pre-orders are produced after you order and arrive around 4 weeks from the order date. Delivery is free worldwide on orders over €150, and we cover all customs and import fees.

Returns

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or you need a different size, we've got you covered. You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return through our returns portal. Returns sent back without registering cannot be processed.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Store Credit: receive store credit for a future order, with a 10% bonus on the returned item's value.
• Exchange: want a different size? Select store credit and place a new order.
• Refund: prefer your money back? We offer a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.
