Worldwide Shipping
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant tracking information. Standard orders typically arrive within 6 to 16 days, depending on your destination. Pre-orders are produced after you order and arrive around 4–6 weeks from the order date. Delivery is free worldwide on orders over €150, and we cover all customs and import fees.
Returns
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or you need a different size, we've got you covered. You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return through our returns portal. Returns sent back without registering cannot be processed.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Orders leave us within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 6 to 10 days to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, 7 to 12 days to Germany and France, 8 to 14 days to the rest of the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, 8 to 16 days to the US and Canada, and 10 to 16 days elsewhere. If a piece is on pre-order, the production and delivery time is shown next to the add-to-cart button. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Delivery is free on all orders over €150.
No. We cover customs and import fees on worldwide orders, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
You have 14 days from delivery to register a return through our returns portal. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Choose store credit with a 10% bonus on the returned item's value, an exchange (select store credit and place a new order), or a full refund to your original payment method.
If you choose store credit, return shipping is free in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. For a refund, return labels are available through our portal: Belgium €8,95 · Netherlands €9,95 · Germany €9,95 · France €12,95. Returning from somewhere else? Email support@buchan.store and we'll set it up.

I also got mails along the process and it was really nice to get that kind of updates. The jacket is fully rain proof and the leopard print is insanely cool! The jacket fits absolutely perfect, I’m 167cm and ordered S, still fits loose which is exactly what I was hoping for. Very nice quality and feel, tested the cheetah print by making it wet and it’s still visible after a while so it doesn’t fade away quickly when it’s drying. Excited to wear this! Happy customer 🤎

The jacket also protects from the water it does not leak or anything my skin and clothes are completely dry after using the jacket, it does help a lot. I did have to wait a month or so, for the jacket but it got here the day it was meant to be here I find that amazing, and I can say that the wait for the jacket was worth it!

It was a long journey to get the jacket since i had to move to another country in the mean time but the team has been very helpful, changing the shipping address and all! The rainjacket is amazing: I didn’t expect it to be so full of details and adjustments! It has elastic ends so you can tighten it to your liking plus a strap on the wrist; it’s great against wind and rain, even when biking. The cheeta print pattern comes out for real when it rains and it’s so good, I get a lot of compliments and people are very surprised. It has become my daily jacket since I got it, it’s perfect!

Read moreWe bought 2 water reactive rain jackets: a black one and a green one. They are amazing!!! The quality is great! Quality waterproof zippers everywhere, big hood, quality fabric and great fit! I bought one size larger than suggested because I like to wear a sweater 'cause always cold. I am 1.58 m and bought S. My son (12y old) has XS. The reactive character shows immediately when it starts to get wet. The green one takes a little bit longer but the effect stays longer. This morning I used it while driving my speed pedelec to work, and it is a great wind stopper as well. My daughter bought the brown one, waiting for that one to arrive. Can recommend strongly!!!!!!

Great quality, you can tell it’s crafted with quality materials!! Didn’t have any sort of issue regarding customer service or shipping, which was my biggest fear since I was shipping it to the US. And yes it is just as cool in person as it is online, the animal print popping off when wet go crazy. 10/10
