Buchan is a registered trademark. The Buchan cheetah pattern and our water reactive designs are protected intellectual property under European law.

Since 2020, every Buchan piece has been designed by us and sold through our official channels only. Our success has attracted imitators. Websites, marketplace listings and social media ads are copying our products, our photos and in some cases our name.

Be clear on this: those products are not Buchan. They do not react to rain. They are not made to our standard. They are fakes.

To anyone copying Buchan

We actively monitor the internet for infringements of our trademark and designs. Every copycat store, listing and ad we identify is documented and handed to our legal team.

Infringers will face takedowns, legal action and claims for the full damages caused to our brand. This applies to sellers, ad accounts and the platforms hosting them. We pursue every case. No exceptions.

The only official channels

If you are buying anywhere else, you are not buying Buchan.

If you buy from a copycat

Purchases made outside our official channels:

  • Are not genuine Buchan products
  • Are not covered by our warranty or guarantees
  • Cannot be returned, refunded or supported by our team

We cannot help you recover money sent to a fraudulent store. Contact your payment provider directly.

How to recognize the original

  • The URL is buchan.store. Nothing else.
  • Our water reactive pieces reveal the cheetah print when wet. Copies print the pattern. Only the original reacts.
  • Prices far below ours are a warning sign, not a deal.
