Send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 1–2 working days. For anything about sizing, fit, returns, or your order details, this form is the fastest way to reach us. You can also email us directly at support@buchan.store.

Want to make a return? Email us at support@buchan.store with your order number and we'll help you from there.

Looking for your package? Track it on the Track Order page. That page shows the latest status of your order. Keep in mind that tracking can take a few days to update after your order is placed, and pre-orders ship around 4–6 weeks after ordering.
