Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [support@buchan.store]. After this window, we're unable to guarantee a cancellation — if the order has already been dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. You'll be notified via email when production begins. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your pre-order.

How to Request a Cancellation
Email us at [support@buchan.store] with your order number and subject line "Cancellation Request." We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
EU-based customers have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For pre-orders, this 14-day window begins upon receipt of the goods.

Refunds on Cancellations
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
